How do scars form?
A scar forms as part of the natural healing process following an injury. When the dermis — the second layer of skin — is damaged, your body forms collagen fibers to repair the damage, resulting in a scar.

In most cases, the faster a wound heals, the less collagen will be deposited, and the less noticeable the scar will be.

Typically, the severity of the scar is based on the severity of the injury or damage. They form differently on different parts of the body and based on the age of the injured person.

Scars can change the color of the skin and leave permanent marks on the face and body. There are many factors such as injuries, burns, acne, pimples,

and medical treatments that can leave behind scars that look annoying and difficult to deal with. Scars on the face as a result of these reasons do not fade completely,

but they can It becomes lighter over time, and in the next lines we will explain some natural tips that can help lighten scars,

baking soda:Baking soda acts as a natural exfoliant and helps gently scrape the scar. Put the water on the baking soda to make a light paste.

Apply the paste on the scar and rub it gently for a few minutes. After washing it off the face, make sure to avoid rubbing too hard.

Coconut Oil:
Make coconut oil a part of your daily regimen that can heal or help fade old scars, because coconut oil is rich in omega fatty acids that penetrate and moisturize the skin to restore its glow.

Aloe Vera:
Aloe Vera contains antimicrobial properties and has many benefits for the skin. If you suffer from old scars, aloe Vera can work magically,

it helps reduce skin irritation and scars and increases the regeneration of new skin cells, not only helps reduce scars but can also improve skin texture .

To use it:

Remove the dark green “skin” from the flatter side of an aloe vera leaf.
Scoop out the almost clear light-green gel.
Apply the gel directly to your scar using circular motions.
After half an hour, wash the gel off with fresh, cool water.
Repeat twice each day.
Vitamins:
Facial scars can be reduced easily by using different vitamin supplements, before applying vitamin E oil, extract it from a capsule and apply it on the scars before going to sleep, it will work as an effective way to remove spots and scars.

Try it:

Cut open a vitamin E capsule over the scar and squeeze the oil onto the scar (you might need more than just one capsule to get enough liquid for full coverage).

For about 10 minutes, massage the oil on and around the scar.

After about 20 minutes, wash off the oil with warm water.

Repeat this process a minimum of three times per day.
Potato juice:
Potato juice contains phytochemicals that help cleanse the skin and lighten pigmentation or spots caused by acne and pimples. After that, keep the potato juice for a few minutes and then wash it off your face. Apply the potato juice to fade scars 2-3 times a week.

Lemonade:
Apply lemon juice on the scar with a cloth, leave it for a few minutes on the skin, then wash it off. The acidic qualities of lemon juice help remove dead skin cells along with facial scars and can reduce the redness of the scars.

For many years, honey has been used for many medicinal purposes such as burns, wounds, and herpes. Raw honey helps fade scars on the face. It contains bioactive compounds that help stimulate tissue regeneration and can help treat wounds.

Lavender oil:
Lavender oil has anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial properties. It helps fight any inflammatory response to infection on the skin and can help heal the affected area and eliminate scars.

Try it:

Slice a potato into medium thick rounds.
Using a circular motion, rub the potato slice on your scar.
Once the potato slice starts to dry out, discard it and continue rubbing with another slice.

Continue rubbing and replacing for about 20 minutes and then let the scar air-dry for about 10 minutes.
Rinse the area with cool water.
Repeat this process at least one time each day.
